Jiří has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on M&A transactions, including cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity investments. He has developed extensive expertise particularly in the CEE and CIS jurisdictions. His practice also covers a wide range of financing matters, such as syndicated and bilateral loan facilities, acquisition finance, and mezzanine lending. In addition, he has been involved in major real estate development projects in the office, logistics, and retail sectors, both in the Czech Republic and across the CIS region.
Beyond transactional work, Jiří regularly advises clients on asset protection and crisis management, and he is frequently engaged on matters involving trusts.

Anastasia brings over 15 years of experience in M&A, corporate law, banking and finance, and restructuring. She has guided clients through company acquisitions and sales, business structuring, and complex transactions in the CEE and CIS jurisdictions. Her work includes advising international companies and banks on restructuring projects, joint venture dissolutions, and insolvency proceedings. She has also negotiated a wide range of loan agreements, with a particular focus on syndicated financing.
Alongside her transactional practice, Anastasia regularly advises high-net-worth individuals and business owners on private investments, ownership restructuring, and long-term strategic planning.
